Timeline depends on the complexity and quantity of the illustration work. A single spot illustration (small, simple) typically takes 2–4 business days. A full-page complex editorial illustration takes 4–7 business days. A character design with multiple expression sheets and poses takes 7–10 business days. Large illustration systems (50+ pieces) are scoped and phased across agreed production sprints. We always commit to a specific delivery timeline at project kickoff.

Our standard delivery package includes: AI (Adobe Illustrator vector source), PSD (layered Photoshop), SVG (web-scalable vector), transparent background PNG (print and digital use), and optimised JPEG. For UI illustrations, we also provide Figma-ready components. For animation-ready illustrations, we provide source files compatible with After Effects and Lottie. We tailor the delivery format package to your specific technical requirements.

Yes. Style matching is one of our most requested services — particularly for brands that have existing illustrations and need to expand their library consistently. Share your existing artwork, style guide, and any reference materials, and our illustrators will analyse the key style attributes: line weight, colour logic, shading technique, character proportions, and visual conventions. We then produce a style match sample for approval before full production begins.

Yes. All our digital illustrations are produced at print-ready resolution (minimum 300 DPI at final output size) and in CMYK colour space where required for print production. We regularly deliver illustrations for book covers, magazines, packaging, exhibition print, merchandise, and large-format display — in addition to all digital use cases. Specify your print requirements during briefing and we calibrate all technical specifications accordingly.

Yes. If you anticipate animating your illustrations, we structure the source files with animation in mind — separating body parts, facial elements, and environmental layers into organised groups ready for rigging in After Effects or Lottie. We can also deliver the illustration work as part of a combined Illustration + 2D Animation package — creating the original artwork and then animating it as a seamless end-to-end production workflow.

Full copyright and intellectual property rights to all illustrations, sketches, source files, and derivative assets produced for your project are transferred to you upon final payment. You receive unrestricted ownership — the artwork can be used commercially, adapted, reproduced, and distributed anywhere in the world with no ongoing licensing fees, royalties, or usage limitations. Qubixel Technologies retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless a specific confidentiality agreement is signed.
